I made a wedding cake!

In May my dear friend Paula got married. I managed to make her wedding cake and I think it looked pretty good...it tasted good too! The kids also love "Miss Paula"

Cousins

Josiah and Adalai ( Joseph's sisters third of four) were born about 3 weeks apart. They love each other so much. Adalai calls Josiah "Josie" which he does not love but tolerates because it is her. What fun to have a "twin"cousin.

SNOW PLAY DAY...FINALLY!

Yesterday there was finally enough snow to play in. The kids had such fun. It took us like 20 mins to get ready to play for 20 mins and then come inside and get the wet/cold clothes off for 20 mins...but it was worth it. Josiah loved using his new sled from Uncle Steve (April Ann's Brother) Glory was scared to go down the hill. As you can see from the pictures Josiah hit and rock under the snow and "got air". Glory decied her behind was a fine enough sled. Providence was all snuggled and warm in the babyhawk under my coat and took a nap while we played. Glory was afraid to walk on the snow because she thought there might be holes she would step in. I was fun...but it was cold. Hot cocoa anyone?

Kids and Keith...well "uncle" Keith

This is a great picture of the kids and their "Uncle" Keith. They love him so much...Keith would say it is because they don't know any better.

Josiah lost his first tooth!!

Before and after pictures...

Josiah got tired of the floppy tooth...Joseph tried to pull it...it would not come out...then a few minutes...Josiah wiggled it out! Hooray!! That was Dec. 8.

I am so sorry....

So...it goes without saying that I am NOT a good blogger. But here is a Christmas picture of the kids...
All is well. Providence is walking now....not everywhere but 8-10 steps and she is so happy with herself. Glory is learning her letter sounds and thinks it is great fun. Josiah has moved to his First grade lessons for the rest of the year...we are busy...like everyone else. I will try to do better...really!
