In May my dear friend Paula got married. I managed to make her wedding cake and I think it looked pretty good...it tasted good too! The kids also love "Miss Paula"
Well if you look closely you will see that it can be done! Joseph attached a tag-along for Josiah and a bike trailer for the girls....the story is we were all going to go for a ride and mama's bike had a flat. I was going to pull the girls...this made for mucj better pictures!!
Josiah and Adalai ( Joseph's sisters third of four) were born about 3 weeks apart. They love each other so much. Adalai calls Josiah "Josie" which he does not love but tolerates because it is her. What fun to have a "twin"cousin.
Yesterday there was finally enough snow to play in. The kids had such fun. It took us like 20 mins to get ready to play for 20 mins and then come inside and get the wet/cold clothes off for 20 mins...but it was worth it. Josiah loved using his new sled from Uncle Steve (April Ann's Brother) Glory was scared to go down the hill. As you can see from the pictures Josiah hit and rock under the snow and "got air". Glory decied her behind was a fine enough sled. Providence was all snuggled and warm in the babyhawk under my coat and took a nap while we played. Glory was afraid to walk on the snow because she thought there might be holes she would step in. I was fun...but it was cold. Hot cocoa anyone?
Josiah got tired of the floppy tooth...Joseph tried to pull it...it would not come out...then a few minutes...Josiah wiggled it out! Hooray!! That was Dec. 8.
Joseph and I have been married for 9 years now. We have three children so far; Josiah is, Glory is 3.5 and Providence was 1 in February. I am very blessed to be a housewife and homeschooling mom.
